“This place was in need of many improvements. Our room was dingy and dark. The bathroom fixture had three different colored lights; one white one off white and one that blinked on and off. The mattress was concave and should have been replaced long ago. The pillows, hard as a rock. For the price we paid, this hotel should have paid more attention to detail. ”

“The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa.”

“Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.”

“This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.”

“Staff very friendly especially when I checked in
Kitchen was stocked with essentials.
Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided.
Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel.
Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi.
Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile.
Laminate flooring was old
Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door).
Only deadbolt...

“ I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at.

“The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! ”

“The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable beds! The breakfast was amazing! Full hot buffet breakfast with several food choices. The room had a full kitchen with all dishes and utensils, made traveling with a toddler great. We will definitely be back! ”

“The beds were disgusting, covered in stains sheets and mattresses, cigarette burn holes and satin on the comforter’s, both beds, there were chunks of the wall missing from rot, the bathroom had black mold all over. There were bugs flying around in the room. I went to the front desk, and requested a refund for the night and the following night. And I was told there was nothing she could do, “her boss was gone until Monday”. This property is disgusting and stole $300 of my money. ”
