“I would not recommend this property. We had multiple serious issues during our two-night stay: Check-in was extremely difficult. We had been told that the access codes would be sent by email, but they were actually sent through Expedia messaging. Unfortunately, the Expedia messages would not load properly when we arrived, so we could not access the entry or room codes and were left stranded outside. There was no on-site staff after hours. We had been given three phone numbers in advance, but...

“The room was clean but it reminded us of a college slum apartment. We booked elsewhere and ate the cost. Requested a refund but was denied.”

“It was the two of us for a one night stay in Seward. Property was in a fantastic location. Bed was super comfortable and the place was super cute. This is in a building with several apartment type units which this is what it was. Only thing we did not like was in the bathroom, not a lot of shelf space or a vanity. This also would be cramped with 4 adults. Maybe with small kids it would do.”

“Very clean, cozy, and comfortable cabin. Check-in was a little confusing, as there were multiple cabins with the exact same address showing on the map, so it took some time to figure out which one was ours by asking the host. The TV was a bit small, and there were no check-out instructions provided, which would have been helpful. The Wi-Fi worked fine but could definitely be improved. Overall, though, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.”

“The property was right downtown. Unfortunately the restaurants we checked into were very busy and unable to accommodate us. So - being downtown wasn’t an advantage. It was very cute. Nice kitchenette, bathroom”
