Proprietà sulla spiaggia situata sulla Resurrection Bay!

Questa inserzione recentemente rinnovata è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere il tempo avventurandosi a Seward. Attraversare la città e scendere lungo la strada di accesso Lowell Point. Tieni gli occhi aperti per lontre, balene e leoni marini! La casa vacanza si trova sul lato interno della strada con accesso diretto alla spiaggia della baia. Goditi un ampio patio / area barbecue con una splendida vista. A pochi passi dall'atterraggio di Millers. La nostra dolce casa è l'acqua di alimentazione di una cisterna che raccoglie l'acqua piovana, quindi nei mesi estivi quando c'è poca pioggia, chiediamo ai nostri ospiti di essere consapevoli di conservare l'acqua.

Beautiful setting with great space to watch the bay on upper deck and across the street on the log. Cozy and comfortable. Wish I would’ve realized there wasn’t laundry in the house.

perfect respite

We only got to stay one afternoon at this lovely place, much to our dismay! It was the perfect place torment unwind and enjoy great company with wonderful views of the ocean and forest. We definitely are planning on coming back when we can actually take full advantage of the amenities! Thank you!

Amazing property!

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay here. The cabin is beautiful and very cozy, and the location was fantastic! We enjoyed being able to go for walks along the beach and on the Caines Head trail straight from the cabin.

Nice house!

We enjoyed our two night stay at this home. Just across the street from the ocean, it has beautiful views. We were at the end of the season so many of the restaurants in town were closed, but we still found a couple of good restaurants for dinners. As others have mentioned, this home doesn’t have closet access and it also doesn’t have dressers. Storing our items would have been difficult for more than a couple of nights. The amenities in the listing are accurate and communication with the property manager was easy.

Come prepared

Beautiful location and view. Adorable cabin. We booked this cabin for 6 nights and had a great time in Seward and the surrounding area. Things that were a little unexpected were; no access to a closet or dresser. There were padlocks on the closets so we were all living out of our suitcases. It was fine and we made it work but for the price, I feel like maybe we could have had at least one of the closets avail? We felt like the house was also under equipped. There were only 2 trash bags provided for the week and we ran out of dish soap. Shopping in Seward is extremely expensive so I’d do your shopping in Anchorage. Account for everything as the only essentials in the kitchen were salt and pepper. Totally fine but it’s something to plan for. No washer and dryer but there is a place across from Miller’s Landing you can go. Something we discovered a little later.

Beautiful view close to town!

Quick drive into Seward from this spot but far enough away to really escape. We loved walking on the beach and spotted some bald eagles! House was comfy and cute! Thanks again!

Comfortable and Spacious

We enjoyed our stay at Lowell Point. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The property manager was quick to respond whenever texted with questions. Proximity to Seward was super easy. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous private getaway

My husband and I eloped in Girdwood and drove down to Seward to spend our honeymoon with a small group of friends. The private and quiet location was perfect! It is a picturesque setting with access to the beach! Miller’s Landing is only a minute away where we enjoyed an amazing all day kayaking and fishing trip. The beach house was wonderful! Very clean and super adorable decor. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and balcony. We had all the amenities needed and had a wonderful time. We would definitely return for future trips!

My husband , myself and our adult kids really enjoyed our time at your home. The view from the living room and the deck is beyond amazing. The walk to the beach is easy and enjoyable.
