“This place is a hoot. Each "room" is actually just a small stand-alone structure: mine was a small cabin and the guy next to me was staying in one of those old '50s trailers. Bathrooms and showers are good; can either use the ones outside the main house or those inside. Really fun place. Only a few minutes north of town. Okay to cook your own food in the main house, which has 2 kitchens. Good choice to stay there as long as you don't need a big room.”

“Some things are wearing out, such as the outlets, which are so worn that they don't permit good contact with the plug. They just need to be replaced. Other than that and some well-worn carpeting, the hotel is clean and very quiet.”

“The property was easy to locate and tucked back into a grove of trees. No microwave, but a refrigerator to store cold foods. there was plenty of space to meet our simple needs for a few days. We appreciated having a tv in the cottage to watch as a way to wind down after our excursions in Seward.”
