We had a lovely stay at Bear and Berry Cabin. Scott, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and prompt to reply. He was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had and offered up tons of ideas and suggestions if things to do while in Seward.
The cabin sits next to his home, but you wouldn't know it otherwise. Scott was never intrusive. We enjoyed speaking with him but he was also very respectful of giving us our privacy.
The cabin itself was cute and cozy! The views were amazing. We saw several Eagles around the creek, a mama moose and her baby, and so many salmon in the creek. Even though you can't fish in that creek, it was entertaining to walk down by it and just watch!
The cabin is at the end of a road, so very private. But it's also pretty close to town, about a 10min drive.
We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.
We love to support our veterans, so you can't go wrong staying at this cabin!
