Sperimenta la svolta del fascino del secolo in questa casa del 1905 che è una parte importante della storia di Seward And U. S. Proprietà del registro nazionale. Bellissimi pavimenti in legno, bagno completamente ristrutturato. Dettagli d'epoca e affascinanti tocchi storici dappertutto. Vista dal soggiorno / sala da pranzo, cucina e camere da letto. Questo loft in stile appartamento era l'alloggio originale per i lavoratori del telegrafo del corpo dei segnali degli Stati Uniti nel 1905 e negli anni '60. Furono i Quarti originali per i lavoratori dei corpi di segnale dell'esercito americano a gestire le linee del telegrafo. L'unità al piano di sotto (ingresso e apt separati) era l'ufficio via cavo / telegrafico originale. A pochi passi da tutto nel centro! Caffetterie, birreria, biblioteca, negozi, ristoranti, centro Sea Life, parco.

The historic relics and decor reminding of Alaska's history and the historic building itself. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. I enjoyed the views from the living room windows. I wish I had more time to relax in the lodging but I was too busy enjoying Alaska. Conveniently located as well. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, renovated two bedroom with easy walking access to everything in downtown Seward - aquarium, shops, restaurants, harbor. Views of mountains and water, natural light, antiques. Quiet. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment was comfortable and we slept very well.It is an upstairs unit and warm air may rise on hotter days (We had one of the less usual full sun days in Seward). Unit cools down fine with open windows and air from outside.Turn back the clock to the early 1900s (Vintage).Comfortable bed. Very clean.Enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in Seward

This was a very comfortable and welcoming apartment. Perfect as a base for Seward adventures. Layout was good for a family of four. Kids each got their own twin bed. Fabulous views. Great location downtown near shops and restaurants.

Great location

We stayed two nights. Very easy to walk to the water, just two minutes from the Sea Life Center, many restaurants. The owner communicated very quickly. The living space is large and one bedroom is fairly roomy. The room with twin beds is a little tight. Great views from both sides of the house!

Great location! Clean and Comfortable!

We stayed at this property Memorial Day weekend for 3 nights. The location is close to restaurants and the Sea Life Center. We were also able to easily walk to the waterfront. The check in was easy and communication was clear. Everything was clean and comfortable! Definitely would choose this place again when going to Seward!

Highly recommend

Prefect location with a view of the water. Easily walk to restaurants, shops, aquarium and the water. Very comfortable and all of the antiques in the home were an added bonus.

Perfect location

Location of the property was perfect to walk around. Older quaint apartment perfect for what we were looking for near the water and town. A 20 min walk to the port for marine tours if you don’t want to drive and right next to the marine wildlife center. Gas grill is on the ground floor and this unit is upstairs if you choose to use it.

Good location

Loved the location, 2 blocks from the historic area of Seward. Short walk to the inlet and the sealife park. Only down side thing was we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on to take the slight chill out of the air. We did find an electric oil heater to use.
