“Great stay”

“This was a great experience for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended transportation to Pine Knob so we didn’t have wait in traffic or look for parking. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very good. The room was very nice, very clean, well appointed, and made great use of the space. We will definitely stay there again”

“It’s a okay stay for a night the hallways are a bit stinky and not the cleanest, the room overall was pretty clean and nice very basic our power had went out due to a storm so this why we stayed the ac was amazing during the heat wave we were experiencing. The only other thing I would say that bathroom we had was filthy, walls were dirty tub was stained and the couple towels that came with the room were not the cleanest either.”

“This hotel allows pets like crazy. But they do not clean or use air fresheners after the pet owners leave. I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms and both of them had strong pet smell. I feel nauseated and sick of the smell. One of the rooms on 1st floor had wavy floor (possibly due to some flood issue or damp ground). The floor was wet with moisture when I entered around 6pm. The front desk guy lied that the cleaning person just mopped the room (at 6pm!!).”

“Trash and bedding in the hallways all night and still there at 10 am both mornings we were there. Staff was not concerned when I mentioned it when I checked out.”

“The staff were amazing. They all were kind and welcoming. Room was clean overall hotel and grounds were clean. Breakfast staff kept everything well stocked and clean. Definitely best experience we have had in a hotel in a long time.”

“Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft.”
