Large charming mountain retreat for 12, close to ski resorts and lake with beach

WELCOME TO THE "GÎTE DES SILVES"!

The "Gîte des Silves" is a large, charming stone house located on the edge of a small hamlet at an altitude of 1,400 m, on the GR 6 hiking trail crossing the Alpes de Haute Provence. It's 10 minutes from the ski slopes (two nearby resorts: Montclar les Deux Vallées and Chabanon, with a total of nearly 100 km of slopes) and 15 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon (water sports and swimming). The house boasts panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and a large private garden with two furnished terraces.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people and includes:

- 2 bedrooms with a 160x200cm double bed;
- 2 bedrooms with two 90x200cm single beds;
- a mezzanine-bedroom with 5 single beds;
- a bathroom (bath/shower) with 2 sinks;
- a second bathroom with a large shower and two sinks;
- two separate toilets;
- a large, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
- a dining area with a very large table for 12 guests;
- a large living room with a fireplace and television;
- a traditional veranda with a relaxation area and changing room;
- two terraces with panoramic views and a barbecue area.

The small medieval town of Seyne-les-Alpes, offering all amenities, is located 3 km away. The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends, as well as for a smaller group. The rental price varies depending on the season and the number of occupants.

Rentals are available year-round.

RATES:
PLEASE NOTE THAT RATES FOR SHORT STAYS OF 3 TO 6 NIGHTS OBTAINED BY SEARCHING THROUGH THIS SITE ARE HIGHER THAN OUR OFFICIAL RATES, DETAILED BELOW. This is due to the inability to configure short-stay rates on this site. Please contact us for the correct rates; we will adjust your request accordingly on this site.

Rates are all-inclusive.

WEEKLY RATES:
- From August 31 to December 19, 2025: €1,500/week
- From December 20, 2025 to January 3, 2026: €1,900/week (Saturday arrivals only)
- From January 3 to February 7, 2026: €1,500/week (arrivals possible any day)
- From February 7 to March 7, 2026: €1,900/week (Saturday arrivals only)
- From March 7 to June 27, 2026: €1,500/week (arrivals possible every day)
- June 27 to August 29, 2026: €1,700/week (arrivals on Saturdays only)
- August 29 to December 19, 2026: €1,500/week (arrivals possible every day)
A discount of €460/week is available for small groups of up to 6 people. Please contact us to benefit from this discount.

SHORT STAY RATES (minimum 2 nights, low and mid-season only):
- From August 31 to December 19, 2025, from January 3 to February 7, 2026, from March 7 to June 27, 2026, and from August 29 to December 19, 2026:
2 nights: €700, 3 nights: €900, 4 nights: €1100, 5 nights: €1300, 6 nights: €1500
A discount of €60 to €80/night (depending on the number of nights) is available for small groups of up to 6 people. Please contact us to benefit from this discount.
