“Excellent location, super clean, spacious, beautiful balcony and great amenities including a coffee machine. We loved waking up and watching the sun rise over the Venetian harbour which you can see from the balcony window. Highly recommend and would stay again! The host was very responsive and friendly and catered to our every need.”

“La struttura è molto bella in sé, necessita però di più cura nella pulizia della camera. Nella camera mancano anche uno specchio grande e un armadio grande. La colazione è buona, ma può essere migliorata con piccoli accorgimenti (es.: brioche fresche, yogurt greco con miele). Inoltre fornirei il balcone di due sdraio. La posizione è molto buona per raggiungere il centro della città di Chania e le spiagge più belle della zona. ”

We booked the room on the top floor so we had a stunning view and large patio. I didn’t really like that our patio had public access to anyone staying in the hotel, especially since the one wall facing the patio was made completely of glass. “3 Sails apartment in Old Town Chania was absolutely incredible! The pictures do not do it justice! Our host Silver was amazing, she met us upon arrival and showed us where to park. She was very kind and gracious and informative. The apartment itself is laid out very well and the views of the harbor were breathtaking. Everything was very clean, super comfortable. “We absolutely loved our stay here, right in the centre of the old town. The location was brilliant, lots of restaurants and shops all just steps away. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a few nights stay in the town. The host was always contactable and was really helpful when arranging checkin, and generally just making sure we were happy and everything was good (which it was!) I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, but worth noting there is 2 flights of stairs...

“The biggest issue with this room( ocean ) was the smell. Every day when we returned to our room it smelled like dead mice. It was “okay” after opening the patio doors and airing it out but you can’t run the ac while doing that. We have stayed in other properties where the hosts were very proactive in welcoming us and helping to recommend restaurants, tours, etc. Unfortunately that was not the case here. The location is excellent and in all other respects the property offers a nice stay.”

“Property owners were very easy to communicate with and they responded very quickly when we needed their help. Location was amazing and close to walk into old town. Parking was a few minutes away and really handy to have when it’s hard to find free street parking. The place we got was three levels. Kitchen was fully stocked and a nice touch providing juice, milk, coffee, tea and cereal. Breakfast was included, and you walk across the street where they provide you with croissant, half sandwich...
