“I had an absolutely terrible stay at this hotel during a wedding trip. The first room I was assigned was horrendous. The toilet didn't work at all, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — stained, covered in putty, and utterly disgusting. The toilet was constantly running, filled with toilet paper, and refused to flush, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. The front desk clerk was obviously overwhelmed with all the guests, but she was surprisingly attentive...
