Shady Cove River House -Fly Fish, Raft, Hike o Just Relax

Questa affascinante casa recentemente ristrutturata presenta una cucina dall'aspetto anni '50 con una stufa a gas O'Keefe e Merritt e un frigorifero Big Chill.

Le finestre della cucina e della camera da letto si affacciano su 1/2 acro di cedri e pini su prati verdi che scendono verso il fiume Rogue proprio nel cortile sul retro. Le vedute sul fiume di prati simili a parchi spesso includono cervi e altri animali selvatici. Oche e anatre si nutrono e nidificano su entrambe le sponde. Puoi passeggiare, fare barbecue, osservare pesci e uccelli senza mai uscire di casa.

Entrambe le camere hanno letti matrimoniali e ampi armadi. Una camera ha spazio per un letto extra gonfiabile. Il bagno recentemente ristrutturato comprende una doccia e una vasca.

Il parcheggio fuori strada nell'unità anteriore recintata offre spazio sufficiente per camper, barche e più auto.

Questa tranquilla strada è a pochi isolati dalla città con ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e negozi. Un breve viaggio verso nord ti porta a numerosi parchi, giochi d'acqua, vivaio di pesci, città storiche e famose torte di Becky.

This beautiful property provides a great spot to travel to Crater Lake and the Pinnacles. My granddaughter joined me for a super fun jet boat trip on the Rogue. We saw Bald Eagles, Western Pond Turtles, deer, and a variety of other large birds. Ashland entertained us with a wonderful play and boutique shopping. When you get back to the property you can relax out on the deck and watch the river roll by. Perfect vacation.

It's a fun little house and we enjoyed staying there but we arrived in the evening and the temperature inside was 50 degrees which went up very slowly and was only 56 when we went to bed a few hours later--not comfortable. We set it to 50 when we left but would suggest that a bit warmer might be good in cold weather.

Beautiful peaceful home to relax, walk down to the river, play games on the back patio. Close to Crater lake (45 mins) and such a beautiful drive. The home is totally stocked with anything and everything you need and want. Even have fishing poles in one of the closets ( found them on the last day unfortunately. .

The property was gorgeous and right on the Rogue river. The house was well stocked, quiet neighboor, and private. I would definitely stay here again!

My buddy and I took a roadtrip to see our best friend from high school. He just happened to live three doors down from this property. We spent the weekend rafting, bbqing, and catching up. Besides being perfectly located, the house had everything we needed to feel at home. The check-in/out process was simple and the amenities made us feel like we were home. I am planning future trips to Shady Cove and will definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property in Shady Cove and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the picturesque setting, especially the delightful apple tree. The owner generously allowed me to pick some fresh apples, which was a lovely and unexpected treat. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary supplies, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The cleanliness of the unit was impeccable, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain a spotless environment for guests. One of the highlights was the vibrant and colorful furniture and decor throughout the unit. Each piece added a unique touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The owner was incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or needs I had almost immediately. This level of service truly enhanced my stay and made everything run smoothly. Additionally, the cable TV and the wide variety of media options available provided ample entertainment during my downtime. It was wonderful to have so many choices to relax with in the evenings. Beautiful spot on the rambling rogue!! We stayed during a heat wave so being able to dip feet into the rogue was delightful. The house met all our needs. Grocery, gas and restaurants minutes away and just under an hour to Crater Lake and national forest areas!!! Gael was quick to respond with our question. Thanks for everything!!!

It was a beautiful home and it was nice and relaxing to have the river behind us. Very safe for children, to the huge front yard to the nice, fenced backyard. As long as they are obedient kids. It has a nice and well built deck. I think the owner is a builder and has excellent carpenter skills.

Love the property cute and cozy. Kitchen was awesome. They didn’t miss any details. Outside was amazing to have river and peaceful surrounding while being in a quiet neighborhood. Close to town, store and restaurants. Will be back in springtime.
