Hotel vicino a Shah Alam Convention Center - Kuala Lumpur

“The room was shabby. There was mold on the bathroom tiles; the tub needed some real cleaning and it smelled moldy - not healthy. The were loose wires hanging from the walls and the wall paper was peeling off. I have to say that the whole place needs updating and attention. The furniture was dented and scratched. It doesn’t seem like the management cares about how clean and presentable the rooms were. As for the staff, they were very nice and helpful! Would I recommend it to anyone? No...

“Room condition was old and bathroom needs to be revamped. Toilet could not flush properly, maintenance team came and not much improvement.”

“Room was adequate even the size was a bit small but since I was traveling alone that’s fine. The management should consider of providing free drinking bottled water at least if they couldn’t afford water dispenser machine. ”
