“Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. ”

“I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am.
