Waited for ages to get in property. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar in the room NO TOWELS OR SOAP! NOT EVEN HAND SOAP AT BASIN. NO WATER IN THE MORNING. COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH TOILET.

We paid for 2 seperate rooms. Both have issues Room 1 Door does not close properly Floor dirty with sand No soap to wash hands No shower gel Unused bed has sand on bed sheet and dirt marks from the previous guests There is no switch to switch the light off Room 2 Paid for balcony with sea view but ...

Ballito Bay holiday Apartment
Shower was like warm. Lots of noise. Both from outside and neighbours (they weren't loud, but the walls were paper thin). I didn't like that you had to leave a R1000 deposit. Lock on balcony door broken, and the rest of the flat wasn't in amazing condition.
