“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's a family run hotel. They made our stay very comfortable. Rooms are modern and cleaned daily. Staff was very kind and helpful with taxi reservations. English is spoken by several staff members. No elevator but our luggage was carried up and down by staff upstairs. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. They took great care to make us feel welcome. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, Registan Square and Mosque.”

“The place is ok (clean, friendly management,etc). However, they never replied to our messages before the stay, bathroom smells (and if you forget the door open, the whole room smells). There must be a water pump around and every time anyone opens a tap, it starts making noise.”

“There are positive and negative aspects. The building is clean and has character (high ceilings and moldings). Its location is in a wonderful park that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second. ”

Si trova a due minuti a piedi dal bazar e dalla moschea Bibi Khanym e a 7 minuti dal Registan. Tutti i monumenti più importanti sono a massimo 20 minuti a piedi. La colazione è ottima con prodotti locali e il personale della reception è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare a Samarcanda, torneremo in questo hotel.”

“even there was no view at all in my room I was pretty happy with the place. quiet and safe, privately owned place. english was not very used. breakfast: average, but good and healthy. near of Registan square (7 min walk), some restaurants nearby. parking: free, if you succeed to find a spot. good option for sure! ”

“The hotel was immaculate, 100% would stay again! A grand building with beautiful painting in the lobby, and huge array of food for breakfast, and clean rooms. Also had a sauna and pool included in our stay for free which was lovely. Also the location is ideal for walking everywhere to all the famous monuments. The BEST thing was the hotel staff at front desk they went out of the way to make us feel welcomed, and the staff are credit to the hotel. As I had my birthday there they got me a painting...
