“The sports bar in casino was great. Got a smoking room. Inexperienced check in lady blamed" third party " for giving us a smoking room and ranted a bit. Really, we would have preferred non but offer to spray it at least. Dont treat like I'm a problem for trying your property or asking politely if any non are available. Btw... 3rd, party ( Expedia ) did not have room marked as smoking when it was selected, nor does it even mention there are smoking rooms. We didn't know that was a...

“Found a bed bug at the end of our stay!”

“Our stay was short but we enjoyed the night. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Great place to stay!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement. There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great.”

“The overall experience was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. The hotel itself is nice, but it definitely needs to be revamped, as the furniture and amenities, such as the gym, feel outdated.”

“Clean cool room. Only downside was that my room faced a street light on all night and the heavy shades do not close all the way! Rather only thin white shades that do not block any light. They should fix the shades. I had to sleep facing one side all night. ”

“The suite rooms were great for families. The pool was nice but very busy for the holiday weekend. Nice perk to have free cookies daily. Room was very clean besides a dirty remote controller.”

“Staff were pleasant and courteous. Hotel conveniently located off the highway. Even with the hotel completely booked for sports tournaments at the time of our visit, you never knew. Staff kept the main areas clean and enforced the quiet hours once 10pm arrived. As we have family in the area, we plan to use this hotel again.”

“We didn’t like the shower room door and that there was not a lock on them. The bed sheet kept pulling off the corners”

“Nice typical HI Express. Be careful if you're making a left turn into the property as there is no left turn lane on this often busy stretch of road which could easily result in a rear end collision if you are waiting to turn in.”
