Futuristic hotel but staff lack experience
Amazing hotel but staff (seemed to be very few people around!) could be far more customer orientated/ friendly. And more food options for Westerners please! Convenient free airport shuttle was on time but driver didn't offer any help with loading/ unloading luggage!

okay hotel 15 mins drive from the airport
its an okay hotel 15 mins drive to the Pudong Airport. No-one speaks English, i know we are in China and i wouldn't expect everyone to speak English, but no one does. So make sure you have a translation app installed on your phone. Restaurant is only open till 8.30pm for full menu, restricted menu there after till 10pm the SPA only had one person working so if there are more then one of you you will have to wait. Oh and the massage was terrible. very average stay for a 5 star.... its actually a 4 star in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel with above average modern rooms. Breakfast was good too. Staff friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle was great and available.

失望的体验
酒店房间还不错蛮大的也舒服,员工也很热情态度非常好。就是除了游泳池其它所有活动都要收钱,酒店介绍放了很多活动场所的照片,结果什么都要收费,儿童乐园平时158块一大一小,周末198,户外活动也都收费。其实就都不是酒店自己的,都是包给别人的。不付钱基本没什么好玩的。餐厅菜种类非常少,很难吃,说的是小龙虾自助餐,就一堆冷的小龙虾放在生鲜区。最夸张的是冰激凌只给小朋友吃,也是这么多酒店碰到的头一家。隔壁连在一起的旗下另一家酒店就是新冠隔离酒店,早知道就不定这家了

三甲绿地的酒店大堂、餐厅和客房的设施都是非常一流的。如果住在带有景观的房间,江景也是很美的。离奥特莱斯很近,打车5分钟就到了。就是中餐厅的出品稍慢,也许是疫情刚过,厨师还没有配齐,但是味道还是不错的

The receptionist was super friendly and offered us complimentary breakfast. The bath gel inside shower box was not enough for two showers though. Overall the experience was positive and the quality was rather good value for money.

The staff were rude and at times unhelpful. The hotel is beautiful, including the pool facilities which we attempted to use until I was told I was not able to swim without a swimming cap. This was not stated in the rules, and as such I felt as though I should not have to wear it. Additionally, a creepy staff member decided he would just sit and watch us, since we were the only people using the pool. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, and has so much potential. It was the staff who were the issue.

Nice well built new hotel . I loved the rooms and location . Missing dining options , better coffee-shop and definitely in urgent need for a small shop / mart I met nice educated staff and the Hotel manager was very professional and helpful but they need to place better English speaking personal at the reception ALL the times.

The property is super luxurious with Vegas grade amenities. Room was clean, beautiful and very modern . My coworker and I were offered free breakfast at check in as I think they are trying to gain customer recognition. Anyway, $70 for a room that could cost $300+ in US.

The hotel itself is great although a bit isolated. It is quiet, very clean and the 88 rmb per person buffet lunch is really value for money. Everybody was very helpful. However, the masseur from the spa was atrocious. She cames in with a black face probably not happy she was called upon to work. Half the time she was playing with her handphone while using the other hand to do some light press. I really wonder how such a nice hotel end up employing such horrible worker.

La barrière de langue est très présente, les employés on beaucoup de difficulté a comprendre les demandes. il faut tjrs avoir des fonds de disponible au compte autrement il vous cours après dans l’hôtel. le métro est loin d'être à 5 minutes, l'aéroport est à 15 minutes, le transport vers l’aéroport est limité à quelque fois par jours, l’hôtel n'a pas d'argent afin d'avoir de l'argent en devise local. Le Spa annoncé n'existe pas encore, il est possible d'avoir des massages dans une chambre seulement mais pas plus que 1 à la fois, il y a seulement une personne qui fait des massages. L’hôtel est loin de tout, aucun restaurant près, pour aller au centre ville de Shanghai ça prend 40 minutes de taxi ou 1h03 minutes de metro les chambres sont grandes mais la vue sur la mer est assez ordinaire.

Nice room, tv turns on by itself I had to shout off many times same wirh coirtains, courtains open evrytime you come in, elevators not working, hard time getting breakfast and dinner, cafeteria realy noisy with too long waiting in line.room service is a mess they don't understan your order , its so easy to have a form and hange to yor door Food was no good.long time shouttle weight at the airport, Hallo and good by for me.
