“From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. “We received a very good customer service from the front counter Carl Yuen. He remembers us after checking us in, he is really friendly, helpful and very attentive. On the amenities, is a little disappointed. We stay there for 2 night and we didn’t have any shower cap, razor, hand lotion and cotton swab. These are the necessities which we use daily.”
