Un vero 5 stelle
Hotel grandissimo, attrezzato di tutte le facilities necessarie per divertirsi, molto pulito e ordinato sia nella camera che negli spazi esterni, ottima animazione, grande cordialità del personale, cibo molto vario e complessivamente abbastanza buono. L'ambiente esterno, con palme e prato verde, uniti ai colori del cielo di proiettano pienamente nelle atmosfere dell'Egitto

Uno dei migliori hotel di Sharm El Sheick.
Settimana post capodanno. Villaggio Eccellente in cui è veramente difficile trovare qualcosa che non vada bene. Il meglio sino ad ora testato a Sharm. Anche nel prossimo viaggio a Sharm voglio tornarci sicuramente. Direi TOP!!

One of the best stays we ever had in Sharm. Highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for an amazing experience. Resort had everything we needed, pool, shows, food, even a mini market. In resort activities like snorkeling, beach parties, night shows and more. We loved our stays at Rixos Sharm.

Wonderful staff - and would have been a wonderful resort in its prime but now rather tired. Everywhere you look you can see engrained dirt which a mop and water can’t remove. It needs industrialised cleaning and repainting. The worse thing though is the very poor Wi-Fi. How is it possible to claim to be a 5 star hotel when the Wi-Fi is terrible? If I had known, I would have gone elsewhere.

My recent hotel stay was thoroughly unsatisfactory due to the staff's noticeable unprofessionalism and apathetic service. The aging hotel was uncomfortable, with dated amenities and a gloomy ambiance. The beach was disappointing, requiring navigation of a long bridge and narrow stairs for access, contrary to the alluring promotional images. The staff's constant pursuit of tips further worsened the already dismal experience. Overall, the stay was highly disappointing and I'd suggest potential guests look elsewhere.
