“It's kind of quirky. Part beach cottage, part updated more. Plenty of activities for all ages in the screened porch, pool table, ping pong, hocky. Outside 4 swings in a gazebo, a pool, and lots of items to take to the beach which is 5 minutes away. It's a beautiful beach! TVs in every room, and air conditioning!! Lovely yard with lush palms. Parking for 4-5 cars.”

“The house was exactly as advertised. Although there were some very minor issues (I let the owner know about in a separate email) the overall experience was a top 10. We rented for a family reunion. We wanted it close to the beach and other places for kids. The walk to the beach was 1 block, the house was in the heart of Cocoa and plenty to do. The house had plenty of space - the beds were comfortable, and although no ceiling fans, they supplied plenty of room fans that were just as good. ...
