Hotel vicino a Shaw Park - Gorham

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast has small omlettes but canadian bacon was super thin. But overall jice. We used pool it was heated nicely and had plenty of towels. Only reason I say good stay is our shower drain was clogged and we pulled lots of hair out. And under the silver piece was kindof gross. But overall a good stsy, close to everything by 20 min. ”

“I was there for one night and checked-in very late. The process was quick. Parking was available and the room was ready. Breakfast in the morning was as expected and had all you would expect (well supplied) in a continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this location. I have used the same chain/brand before and have always been happy with them. ”

“We love the amenities and the staff are always super friendly. The breakfast is probably the best continental included ive seen, and use of the double tree next door completes the check list on amenities.”

“Rude staff at front desk for my evening check in. I was not aware that the hours of the 24/7 airport shuttle service were changed and had to make last minute arrangements for a ride to my early morning flight. I did not sleep well due to the unfriendly greeting and scrambling to figure out my ride. The morning front desk staff was friendly and explained the policy change to me politely. I have stayed here before, but this experience is making me consider a different hotel for my next trip.”
