The reason for the four stars was because of a couple things. 1. The hot tub usage clause that came up after we booked the home and right before we had check-in. We recently had a loved one passed away and we’ve been there three times in the last month in relation to that situation. The hotel is conveniently located. I feel very safe there. “Parking was easy. Easy check in. Was some confusion on check out time, and had prepaid for late check out. Got a call that woke us up that said we were to be out by 11. Was supposed to be 1pm. Need to put signage in the room on how to work shower instead of at front desk! Room was clean, and shower pressure was lovely”
