“I booked a 1 night stay here Sunday-Monday. Check in is 3pm and our room was not ready until after 6pm!! I requested a call from a manager for a refund. Your short staff issues are not my problem. There was no manager to be found, just a rude front desk girl that couldn’t care less about anything or anyone. We were told to wait in the lounge. We were not offered another room. “We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and everything felt cozy from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the wood-burning stove it made the winter atmosphere even more special.
Enjoying the sauna and the hot tub while surrounded by snow was truly a highlight. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.
The kitchen was fully functional with everything we needed. Honestly, the only thing we wished for was more time...
