Staff was great, the bathroom could have been cleaned before we went into it.. there was hair on the floor and there was (not sure what) on the back of the bathroom door… I’m not a complainer, but, that did bother me. Otherwise the staff and all else was really great.

I booked this property based on reviews saying it was a 4.4 out of 5. Not even close to that. One of our rooms had an awful chemical smell so we had to get a different one. The rooms themselves appeared clean but the floors were filthy. The main areas were dirty and the breakfast underwhelming. We had to leave a day early as I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. The staff and manager were accommodating and comped the second night. I've never had an experience like that before and appreciate their understanding but the property itself is in need of some TLC. The neighborhood is not great either.
