“Had we known this property was going through a remodel of some kind we never would’ve stayed. Staff really wasn’t friendly… breakfast wasn’t that good. No batter for the waffle maker… breakfast sausage definitely recooked/ overcooked. In comparison to the AmericInn we stayed at in Manitowoc last month which was a strong 9, this was a 4 and that’s being generous. “Room was comfortable, clean, quiet and well-maintained. I found the bed to be comfortable and I slept well. The location was convenient, especially with the laundromat across the parking lot. I worked early hours so I was unable to take advantage of the breakfast. The pool looked clean as well. Would stay again in the future.”

“The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.”
