This newly listed home for summer 2022, is a luxury, secluded, detached property that sleeps 23 surrounded by an acre of gardens and stunning countryside yet just a short drive from Sheffield city centre and five minutes from Junction 31 on the M1. The indoor, private swimming pool is exclusively for guests' use and is heated all year round. Combined with the eco huttub, it offers relaxation comparable to top spas. It has everything you need for a fun break including a pool table, table tennis, PlayStation 5, croquet, beer pong table and board games.

The home has all mod-cons while retaining classic characteristics such as a mahogany bar area including pool table and chilling zone. Set in one acre of gardens, there is an orchard to the back of the house and extensive lawns plus glorious flower beds to the front. There are many fantastic places to visit in the surrounding areas. Watersport lovers can spend the day at Rother Valley Country Park or stretch their legs while taking in the views at Ulley Reservoir. Thrill seekers and young families can't miss Gulliver's World, which is less than ten minutes drive from the house. There are a range of go-carting and crazy golf options nearby.

A number of golf courses are within a short driving distance and less than five miles away are Tinsley Park, Rother Valley, Birley Wood and Sitwell Golf Course and several more. There are many wonderful walks through woodland and countryside in the surrounding area.
