“Clean room, very friendly staff. Although there is no fridge in the room, but one fridge is provided at reception for you to store your stuff, if necessary. I love the music box in the room.”

“普通，並沒有特別感覺 尤其我為慶生活動 平日入住 沒有甚麼特別安排 房間也沒有升級”

“房間一股潮濕的味道，房間很小，大行李箱、登機箱，就沒有什麼位置，淋浴區黃斑大約2個月沒刷過一樣。進出時一直被問：退房嗎？充電很慢（不知道為什麼），行充充電6小時才充43%。唯一的好，是我去沃而馬、南油近，步行約15-25分鐘。”

“酒店陳舊不堪，要自己致電職員到前枱辦理入住及退房。房間內雖然有電視，但電線竟然不夠長度插入電源，而且所有遙控器均已經無電，亦找不到服務員更換。三樓為KTV而且營業至零晨，房間隔音非常差。”

“We visited a number of the top 5 star, all are very high standard with competition driving very high standards, this hotel in my opinion is the best all around hotel in Shenzhen, perfect location with bay/sea views, next to shopping Mali with many restaurants and shops to choose. An excellent hotel in all areas and will stay there again on my return to Shenzhen ”
