“I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I had two complaints, one of which was related to safety. 1. No wi-fi (wasn't crucial, but would have been nice). 2. The back door wouldn't properly close or lock. It was supposed to only open with an active key card, but it wouldn't even fully close, let alone lock. As a single female traveler, the back door being accessible made me extremely uncomfortable. “The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night”

“I was there for just one night and I arrived late and left early. The bathroom was clean, but it was an accessible shower and the floor wasn’t slanted to the drain, so the entire floor became soaking wet. There were also items left behind by others, just under the bed and the chair. So the visual surfaces appeared clean, but just under the bed and chair were definitely not!”

“I checked in at 1:30 am after a 13 hour shift. Waited 5-10 minutes for the gentleman to stop stocking the drink station to help me with check in. Fell asleep around 3:00 am. Around 8:00 am someone entered my room unannounced…assuming is was a maid. She apologized and left.
