“It was fun being in the center of town! We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The Greenway was a pleasant way to wind down the day…with a pleasant walk along the creek. The house is only a few miles from Luray Caverns which we visited one afternoon. It is also a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. “Really quiet area and the room had all the amenities. Kitchen, 2 balconies, TV, Wifi and a really good bathroom! We enjoyed the view best of all, both in day and at night. There was plenty of stars at night and a nice forest behind us. This is our first time so we’ll definitely come back!”

“A quiet serene atmosphere tucked closely to the main amenities of the retreat but still surrounded by beautiful scenery! The grounds were sprawling perfection of relaxation and beauty. The treehouse exceeded any and all expectations from comfort, cleanliness and cozy vibes. Never heard another soul as neighbors kept to themselves, however we were often visited by the friendly cats of the community. “Overall, the stay was enjoyable! The Hobbit House is very unique and quite cozy. It is close to a few different lovely wineries and not too far from some hiking trails. The bed in the house was VERY comfortable. Also, the stray cats and dogs that visited around the house were cute and an unexpected treat. The house is somewhat in the woods so there were some harmless critters that visited as well. I would definitely stay here again!”
