“Halifax Hall is an VERY unusual place, which left me feeling rather like a uni student all over again, at 64!! A historic facade quickly gives way to a very modern ‘conference-based’ building, totally with a higher ed student-campus feel (student accommodation is adjacent!). The room was small, but beautiful, with an amazing shower👍 The staff were remarkably friendly & helpful. The breakfast was sensational! Here’s to being 18 again & back to uni days😀”

“The rooms had wooden floors which I really liked, felt clean and modern. The bathroom had a huge shower and was clean. It was in a great location, very close to the city hall where we were going for an event. My only issue was we went to the rooftop bar and the staff member who served us came across as very bored and not friendly which was a disappointment as everyone else seemed very friendly there.”
