“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“For few hours we were there it worked and the price was right. It did include waffles for breakfast and the coffee was good, but beyond that there's not much else to say. We had to call the office for toilet tissue soon after we checked in (they did respond fairly quickly). The halls smelled of smoke. The bathtub was heavily stained. There was no ice maker or vending machines. It was in walking distance to a Walmart, so that was nice. You definitely get what you pay for.”
