The breakfast snacks, English muffins, bagels and cream cheese were thoughtful. Overall, the house definitely added to our memorable weekend.”

“We were a Red Hat Ladies group of 5 women of a “certain age” who came to Schulenberg to see the Painted Churches. The house was the perfect place for us to stay since it is located just a short distance from the Chamber of Commerce where the tour started! Also, the house is located right across from the police department:). All five of us enjoyed the “Victorian” decor and home. “The home and property were wonderful. The owner was so helpful and friendly prior and through the entire stay. He took time to call us and walk us through the fishing pond and was excited for the boys to fish for the first time. ”
