“Confusing knowing which company was letting this cottage.”

“The information I provided at the front desk on arrival was misused by the proprietress”

“The staff were pleasant and helpful. However I must comment on your room description on the Expedia site, which stated that a double room was 323 sq ft. The room we were allocated was smaller at just over 200 sq.ft. There was no safe, as advertised on your room description and also, due to the room size the access to the wardrobe was restricted due to the dressing table partially being in the way. Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay despite the room restrictions.”

“Lovely view from the bedroom. Excellent Dinner & Breakfast. No street lighting when returning after dark.”

“A lovely stay at the Pheasant again. Very dog friendly and a lovely gift box welcomed our dog on arrival. Would recommend to families with a dog to stay at.”

“A very comfortable stay”

“Very comfortable hotel. We stayed in the stable block with beautiful views of a lovely tree and the sea beyond. Ideally located for coastal walks. Breakfast and dinner were excellent although very expensive.”

“Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation.”
