Here, you’ll find beautiful 18th-century buildings and an array of shops, from antiques and art to books and clothing. Golfers can play a round at Sheringham Golf Club (1 mile) and nature lovers will relish the chance to see the seals at Blakeney Point, home to England’s largest grey seal colony, booking a place on a boat tour from Morston Quay, 10.5 miles away.
