Hotel vicino a Sherrills Ford Optimist Park - Sherrills Ford

“We always stay here when we come into town! Very convenient location when visiting our family!”

“The property was beautiful, clean and just very pleasant to stay in. The breakfast was just like you were in a restaurant with sit down service and free. I definitely recommend Sonesta Select to anyone traveling. It was a pleasant surprise.”

“Clean”

“Colazione pessima”

“The walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors on both sides of us like they were in the room. Also road noise was very bad and we were on the lakeside away from the road. Although we were “lakeside”, the part of the lake was a very small and long inlet that the hotel sits on and you couldn’t really see much of the actual huge lake. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm...

“The lady at the front desk during the night/early morning was very kind. She made sure we had what we needed. Our room was clean and breakfast was great. The cleaning staff was very nice. The lady that was at the front desk during the afternoon was not so kind. She had a attitude when she saw me at the front desk. She seemed bothered when I asked if she had any toothbrushes. I had accidently lost the one i had brought from home that's the only reason I asked for one. Another thing is The...

“First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door...

“Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The room (the Marble House Room) was attractive and very clean. The hosts were friendly, easy to talk with, and hospitable. The continental breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed being able to walk to the historic downtown area and have a good meal at Cafe 220. Would recommend to friends!”

“This is a good property. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. We had a suite, and the kitchen was decently appointed. The property is not in the congested part of Mooresville which is nice. I would stay here again. My only caveat is there is no housekeeping until the seventh day. We stayed for six nights, and it would have been nice to have the room serviced at least once. Anything can be replenished, etc., but I really don’t stay at a hotel to take towels to a desk for exchange....

“Great breakfast”

“The room had a very strong Chemical smell that hit me in the face as soon as I opened the door. It gave me a headache. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable as well. The sheets and pillowcases looked like someone had already Slept on them. The room overall looked very old, run down and was not cleaned well. I would not choose this hotel ever again.”
