“My experience was alright. Somewhat decent for a budget hotel. Room was very spacious, bed sheets were clean. I did a test on the surfaces by wiping them with a towel and alcohol and was completely spotless. Cannot say the same for the floor though, as it seems like they don’t mop it regularly. Picked up a lot of dirt when wiping a towel across the floor. The A/C unit was a little janky, as it wouldn’t maintain the set temperature and the room had a stale smell to it. “We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! ”
