“Upon a return to the hotel, we had figured out that your guys’s pool and hot tub was not working. That was part of the only reason why I booked with you guys it needs to be stated on your Internet site if that stuff is functional or not wasn’t a good experience”

“The breakfast was a joke. The reason we booked was because of the made to order breakfast that was advertised. It was non-existent. The eggs were made in a bag, the sausage was like rubber and not the color sausage should be. Very displeased with breakfast it was worse than McDonald’s. We couldn’t get clean towels for 2 days before we went to front desk and had to ask for them.”

“We stayed here multiple times last year and had a wonderful experience. This last one was definitely lacking. Our room was really expensive for no reason compared to our other stays. Our room smelled like smoke so bad and when we complained she just said she would note it. We opened the windows and I went and bought some essential oils.
