“The staff and restaurant were awesome. Both understated but very good. My room was fine. Nothing special but clean and nearly silent. ”

The hotel itself is beautiful and has an ambient lobby which I spent a great portion just sitting down and reading. The restaurant being attached to the hotel was very convenient and the breakfast was great.”

“Upon arrival they asked me for a cc as a guarantee. it appeared that my 3 credit cards were declined. I offered to leave cash. I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...
