“Attended a weekend conference for model railroad enthusiasts at this hotel. First off they laughed when I said "Where is the lake?" There is no lake to view at this Lakeview Hotel, there is a wee bit of a slough a few blocks away. This hotel is adequate, I guess. Hope the event organizers got a good deal for hosting costs. Hotel audiovisual equipment failed - NFP club had to buy a new projector and borrow portable sound system. I paid $45 for a banquet ticket, should have grabbed a burger...

“Everything was excellent except some sticky substance on the floor when we entered the room. Shoes kind of stuck to the floor… could even feel something on the floor with bare feet. Other than that, the room was beautiful and clean”

“Room was ok, although the door sometimes wouldn’t open due to the frame being out of whack. The ice machine on our floor was in about 10 pieces on the floor in a pile.
It said it had a pool but it has been closed so no swim for the kids.
The caulking around the tub was black and needs to be replaced.
Lots of parking, decent breakfast.
Won’t be back.”

“Well, I booked over Expedia at 10:00PM, paid for online as well …
I ended up arriving to the hotel at 11:40PM, as that’s when I was off work…. I show up to the hotel and the hotel front desk was closed…”
