“This hotel is fabulous! So many touches you don't usually find except in the most luxurious hotels. The bathroom floor was heated! The room had bathrobes and slippers. The restaurant was small but the food was amazing! The staff was very friendly. I know Ukraine is currently at war, but you wouldn't know it staying here. What an oasis!”

“Checked in at 1230 am and staff was so welcoming and attentive. I was shown to a quiet second floor room that was a welcome respite to the rainy outdoors, and the room was toasty warm! Location was fantastic - easy access to the produce market, groceries, stores, and an easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. ”

There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. “I have only good words for this hotel. Everything was fine (check-in & check-out, location, cleanliness, room service and room area, reception staff). I must recommend Rius Hotel to everyone, and surely it will be my first choice for my next Lviv stay. I cannot evaluate the annex restaurant (where breakfast is served), as I didn't enjoy this service: by the way, having an annex restaurant is very useful in case of need.
