“We have stayed here before, and really enjoyed the location and the house. It’s a perfect location for us, a good sized flat, and well-equipped. The one issue we had this time was that it was late November and very cold, and the heating had not been switched on before we arrived. Therefore, it was very cold and the heating was ineffective until it had been on overnight. We wore coats inside the house and were cold overnight. “The property has a wonderful garden and great views across the valley. The hot tub was an added bonus which we enjoyed using in the evenings. Being an older home, the downstairs rooms were rather dark, but the bedrooms upstairs had plenty of light and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam ”

“When we first arrived, there was a large pile of household waste dumped outside the front door and a very strong smell of damp throughout the property. We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned.
