Cottage a Shibden

“Well thought out cottage design very well presented but testing for size - just an extra 5% of space would yielded 20% increase in convenience and enjoyment. Hosts and neighbours are excellent. Parking is unusual but workable. As a couple (one Aussie and one Aussie born in Yorkshire) we really enjoyed our time at this cottage and would highly recommend it. Walk to village is 10 minutes and huge number of attractions within 40 mins.”

The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. “Lovely clean cottage with a really nice welcome pack, about a 5 minute walk into town where there are lots of pubs and resturants, lovely little bar next to the canal, parking was abit tight and reversing out was tricky but manageable, Could of done with a small hand basin in the toilet so you dont have to go along the landing to the bathroom to wash your hands and maybe a shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on, bit tricky trying to balance a bar of soap on the side of a roll top bath.”
