“步行1分鐘到Lawson便利店！去野澤滑雪場45分鐘，去志賀高原滑雪場25分鐘，酒店在中間位置去左右雪場都不太遠，自駕的話附近揸幾分鐘車很多食肆，房間夠大又有室內熱水池及室外溫泉池性價比非常高”

“The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

“温泉好きで日本各地に行きますが、ここ程素晴らしい泉質と効果を持ったところはありません。少々、建物が古くレストランが狭いこともありますが、それらの欠点をすべて補ってもあまりあります。食事は特に豪華ではありませんが、この山の中で必要十分以上に整えられています。”
