“Hotel is in a very convenient location near many businesses and the metro is close by. The staff is very attentive to guests, offering a wide variety of excellent foods and service. They have afternoon tea and pastries from 1-5pm, which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. Their gym also has a decent amount of equipment. Most other hotels are a little barebones in terms of equipment.”

“Address on web site was wrong. We lost time and money when we took taxi at night. It was not good and safe. I recommend to write hotel and the address in Chinese on booking confirmation sheet. Otherwise taxi driver cannot speak or understand English. ”

“The stay was nice, but further away from the city center than I thought. The staff was very friendly and wonderful to work with. They were willing to hail a cab and give the driver directions. The breakfast buffet was okay, a little bit of Chinese and Western foods - more Chinese than Western, but still it was nice not to have to worry about finding a restaurant.”
