“Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. “15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.”

“Perfect accom!! Shuttle buses to the slopes approx 2 min walk away. Local convenience store super small with limited variety, but okay for essentials. Spacious and clean. ”

“It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. ”
