“Beautiful though slightly older ryokan. Owners were absolutely lovely, helpful, very friendly and were great to have a chat with. Due to some communication issues we were unable to organise a meal there, but the owners were very apologetic and offered a free session in the private family onsen as recompense, which was lovely. The home made cookies were also delicious and we bought a box to take with us. This was our first ever stay in a ryokan so we were not quite sure what to expect. But I...

“La struttura inizia a sentire gli anni, carine l’entrata e la lobby. La camera sembrava più bella in foto, così come l’edificio in generale. Non all’altezza di un Wtyndham, ne abbiamo visitati diversi. Scioccante il bagno della camera, sembra quello di una camper o una barca, molto piccolo e tutto di plastica, sembra una cabina aggiunta successivamente alla costruzione delle stanze. Personale molto gentile; management inflessibile nel volerci concedere 1 ora in più al check out, solo pagando 750...

“部屋のトイレが少し古い。夜だった事もありますが駐車場が分かりずらい。ホテルから車で出る時反対車線へ出ずらい(前の道路は幹線道路で車通り多い)。”

“レストランは研修中？の女性が、動き、声かけ、気付きが抜群に良かった。男性陣がもっと全体に目を向けないと研修中の女性の動きがよいだけに負荷がかかりすぎてると思う。ドリンクオーダーもテーブルにベルもないしわざわざ注文を伝えにレジまで行く有様。 夜のコンサート企画は素晴らしい演奏で聴き応えがありました。”
