“From the time we tried to check-in the woman that greeted us was aggressive and told us to wait in the waiting lounge. Then we could check-in Declan told us that we needed to pay for our accommodation but when I told that I had paid he took our documents and did not return them. That wasn't suitable in the frame...

“Good sized room and convenient location for walking as well as the train station. Quiet location, friendly staff”

“Stayed here with young kids. The staff was so friendly when I had trouble checking in, the lady working the breakfast was friendly and working hard by herself! The room was comfortable, a/c was great, and free parking was nice. A note about the parking: the entrance is off Alma road. Drive up the ramp to the roof, but push in your side mirrors so you don’t scrape them!”

“This hotel needs updating, it’s in poor condition.”
