“Was not to happy cleaning needed help in hair in the freezer, soap dish ,no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower containers the pool was not maintained cloudy and dirty afraid to get in . Just cleaning level bad and shower bar hanging on by a thread needs help .”

“Took a deposit of 50$ and it has been close to a month now and still have not received my deposit back yet called the hotel and was told the system is down. Never asked for my phone number to call me back and rectify the situation feel like I was being blown off. Will never stay here again. Also found live cockroaches crawling in the bathroom absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was dirty had to go buy chemicals and clean it myself.”

“Nice hotel. Large double bed room, and comfortable beds. One complaint was the room was poorly lit; we had to use our phone flashlights a couple of times, eg to see how to set the microwave. The bathroom was large and elegant, but the tissue box only had a couple of tissues remaining, with no replacement in the room.”

“The entire hotel has an overwhelming smell of curry everywhere in it. The pool is NOT heated and was freezing cold. The water did not smell of chemicals, however the water had a funky smell. The first room I was in, I had to be moved- there was what appeared to be dried blood on the comforter and hair in the bed. I complained to the front desk and was put in a different room.
