Il Double Bore Ranch vanta uno splendido lodge appartato con vista sui boschi, situato in un ranch alberato di 200 acri, situato nella zona di Pennsylvania Wilds - Contea di Clarion, a 15 minuti dall'Interstate 80.

I servizi disponibili nella zona includono 2 campi da golf, trekking, canoa, kayak, piste ciclabili, ristoranti Foxburg, azienda vinicola e comfort della città di Clarion, il tutto in dieci minuti di auto. Solo, a 25 minuti dal Cook Forest State Park. L'intera area è un ottimo posto per tutte le stagioni.

Il Lodge dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata con gas / calore radiante. Gli elettrodomestici da cucina includono fornello elettrico / forno, 2 frigoriferi, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e gli utensili da cucina necessari per una vacanza indimenticabile. L'intrattenimento include due grandi televisori con TV satellitare Dish, centro musicale e Internet WiFi via satellite.

Questo Lodge è impostato per dormire comodamente 18. Dispone di 6 camere da letto ciascuna con bagno privato e 2 bagni di servizio per gli ospiti - 3 letti Queen e 6 letti matrimoniali. La casa di livello principale 3 camere da letto, spazio abitativo principale, zona pranzo e cucina collegati all'entrata, tutti allo stesso livello senza scale (ideale per ospiti con difficoltà motorie). L'ampio soggiorno principale ha un camino a legna, divani e zona pranzo. L'accesso al livello inferiore attraverso le scale interne e ospita le altre 3 camere da letto con sala giochi, area bar, tavolo da biliardo, seconda TV, centro musicale e lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Per godersi la vita all'aria aperta, ci sono 2 grandi involucri coperti intorno ai ponti superiore e inferiore, una grande area pozzo del fuoco 20x20 con grill a gas ti dà un vero umore vacanziero. I 200 acri circostanti recintati nel ranch alberato hanno numerosi sentieri che attirano l'esplorazione all'aperto verso le numerose sorgenti, il passaggio del ponte e la diga del castoro. Avvistamento di cervo e tacchino bianco è comune durante le escursioni. L'occasionale orso nero può anche essere in giro.

Se vuoi goderti meravigliosi boschi boscosi della Western Western con tutti i comfort e molto altro a casa, questo è il posto giusto per goderti la famiglia e gli amici. Vieni per un fine settimana o per un'intera settimana - NON vorrai andartene!

Third time at the Ranch and it just keeps getting better. This trip, we had four generations together—coffee on the porch, walks in the wilderness, and quick trips into town. Peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with our kids and grandkids. Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed walking through the woods, the beautiful view from the deck and a trip to the local brewery. The owner was great to work with and communicated throughout the process.

2025 was our second time staying at this BEAUTIFUL ranch celebrating my daddy’s heavenly birthday! So spacious and nicely equipped. The kitchen has TWO refrigerators/freezers which nicely accommodated the food for our large party along with all the kitchen necessities. The double back porch is so relaxing and the hiking trails are a MUST. If not, you can enjoy the provided DVD’s while shooting a game of pool. I will be scheduling again for next year! Thanks so much for sharing your Ranch with us!

We are a large group of friends who have been enjoying the Cook Forest region for more than 35 years of Winter Weekends. Double Bore is large enough to accomodate our group and is located on a beautiful, peaceful and private property. Management is friendly and so easy to work with and it's easy to access from various points (directions). There is plenty to do inside and out at Double Bore, from cooking, to cozy fires, to games and walks in the woods or visiting antique stores, a winery and a rustic brewery very nearby!

This house is wonderful. 6 bedrooms all with own bathroom! Kitchen and bar fully stocked. Owner provides necessities like TP, soap paper towels and dishwashing products. Highly recommend!

My family’s stay at Double Boar Ranch was absolutely wonderful! The house and property are spacious and beautiful! Our group of 16 was comfortable and had room to spread out. Everything that we could possibly need was on site. The kitchen was well appointed and fully stocked with anything one would need to cook for a large group of people. The property manager was very kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was wonderful and memorable! We would definitely love to come back for another stay. I highly recommend Double Boar Ranch.

Our family of 10 stayed here for a week. House was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Beds are very comfortable. Even the decks were kept clean, and we enjoyed sitting out there and watching the deer come by. The trails on the property were well maintained and fun to explore. Would highly recommend this property.

We loved Double Bore!! The space, the amenities, furnishings, all of it. Even the resident garden snake in the driveway that we called Gary. Though it was 90+ degrees every day, we could sit outside comfortably. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and now we are spoiled frequently m having 2 large refrigerators, a beer/wine fridge and chest freezer! We hope we did ok with the water and septic.

Very impressive property. I asked my grandson what his favorite thing about the cabin was, he said "my bathroom". Each bedroom has it's on bathroom. We walked all of the trails on the property, they could use a little maintenance, but nice of the owner to even have trails. We enjoyed the large wrap around multi-level deck and the fire pit area. Please think about adding a pinball machine to the game room. We will definately return next spring.

We stayed w 6 couples, perfect house, each had own bedroom w private bathroom. stocked with everything you might need. We felt like we were in Aspen resort. Owner was very responsive and so accommodating. We're already talking about booking again for an annual outing. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We just cannot say enough about this amazing property, from the gorgeous and spacious home, to the peaceful and beautiful surrounding property. Everyone in our family, ages 6-88, said this was the perfect vacation. The host took so much time to pay attention to detail and it was greatly appreciated - from the stocked kitchen, to the huge dining tables inside and out, to providing firewood, to the well marked trails. We had such a relaxing week and fully enjoyed the outdoors, especially the back porch! It was a week of creating amazing memories. It is the most comfortable and roomy VRBO we have stayed in over the past 15 years, and something our family is looking forward to doing again!
