“Enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is provided, though property is looking a bit tired overall, photos may need updating. The issue with property entry fobs is a security risk - garage was opening by itself at times when other residents were coming and going . Short walk through bush to the beach is nice. Overall comfortable stay. and excellent check-in process by caretaker. Would consider staying here again.”

“Location was great, property had everything we needed. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point and Janet was so responsive and we were able to source a spare key and get back inside within 30mins.”

“Excellent location! Just cross the road to the beach. Beach is ideal for children including toddlers. Has a neat barbecue cooking facilities. Apartment was clean and tidy with a full kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, getting in was very tricky with the apartment door lock. Had to ring the agent for help. Fortunately, she had a staff member who happened to be nearby. Otherwise, it was a good stay.”

“This property is perfectly located overlooking Dutchman's beach, a stones throw from the ocean and reasonably priced. It’s located in a quiet area with a full kitchen and two bedrooms with a door to separate the lounge. My kids enjoyed being able to duck down to the beach with ease and I really enjoyed watching the sunsets and enjoying the birdlife. My only suggestion would be to provide towels and there was a little bit of mould on one of the blinds that triggered my lungs but otherwise a...

“Apartment two is at ground level from the parking area and elevated on the beach side for an amazing view. The local shops are a short walk away and the larger shopping centre is just a short drive.”

“Comfortable, spacious and clean apartment with good secure parking. Walking distance to harbour, esplanade and shops, so a nice place to stay. Bring all your basic kitchen/bathroom cupboard essentials eg laundry powder, handwash, foil, condiments etc with you as they are not provided for the length of your stay.”

“Close to beach 5 minute walk and the marina a 15 minute walk. It was a lovely place to stay. Not suitable if you can’t walk up/down inclines. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this lovely unit. Fantastic views all day, comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Close and convenient to restaurants, shops and beach. Hotel music over the holiday weekend muted with doors closed but fine hearing well known sing-along tunes!”

The room was neat and the bed was very comfortable, but the lounge area was not as inviting. The bathrooms and rooms are a little aged. Was expecting a little more modern for the price and brand.”
